Angela DeConge

Youth Center Manager

Angela DeConge started serving in the Mission’s Youth Center thirty days after she joined the New Life Program in April of 2006, and was hired the following year in 2007. After a brief recess in 2010, Angela returned to the ministry and now serves as the Youth Center Manager.

After being released from Stanislaus county jail at the age of 45, Angela found herself at the Mission attempting to overcome the baggage of a 33-year lifestyle of alcohol and drug addiction.

Angela went on to graduate the Mission’s New Life Program, and she became employed in 2007 in the ministry. Angela is proud to celebrate her new life with over 13 years of sobriety, and a baggage-free life.

For if a man belongs to Christ, he is a new person. The old life is gone. New life has begun.
– 2 Corinthians 5:17 (NLV)
